Sitelink software requires you to send emails directly through your SMTP mail server. The option of Outlook has been removed and SMTP should now be selected. Enter the same SMTP settings that you use in your Outlook mail client in the Sitelink software.

The Storage Group uses G Suite to host your e-mails. If we are your email hosting company, follow the steps below.

• In Sitelink select SMTP
• SMTP server:  smtp.gmail.com
• Port number:  587  
• Check use SSL
• Enter the email address that you use for sending emails
• Enter the password

If you require a password reset, you will need to go to gmail.com to enter the temporary password and change it to your password. After changing to your password, update Outlook password fields and Sitelink's password field for the SMTP server.
